Archangel Rikabiel comes to this local universe after many millenium of distinguished service as an Archangel in another local universe that has always been aligned with Divine Will, Divine Harmony, Divine Authority, Divine Love, Divine Light, and Divine Power. Archangel Rikabiel was known for awhile by her birth name from another local universe that of Archangel Rigziel. Now that Cosmic Archangels are being distinguished from this local universe's Archangels (who have a seven letter name), by using an eight letter name, she has decided to be known by one of her former appellations in this local universe. As a resident visiting Cosmic Angel, Archangel Rikabiel (Rikbiel) was a Merkabah Divine Wheel Charioteer who was a chief of the Galgallim angelic order. The Galgallim angelic order of Merkabah Wheel Charioteers who perform Celestial Songs was equal in rank to the Seraphim. According to Enochian traditions, Cosmic Archangel Rikbiel had acquired more spiritual attainment and commensurate spiritual rank than Metatron.
