As a resident visiting Cosmic Angel, Archangel Menadiel was known as Menadel, one of the Powers who had jurisdiction over runes, the zodiac, the cabala, and the sustaining of national beliefs and traditions. As Meniel, he was known as a Shemhamphorae revelator of divine wisdom. As Menakel (Manakel, Menaqel), he was know as a Cabala Wisdom Runes Zodiac angel. He belongs to an angelic group known as the Mantus who are absolute superlative divine will alignment angels who also act as Manu supreme destiny fate determiners. He was also one of Many-Eyed Ones, throne realm ophanim that watch over the earthly spheres and deeds of humanity to ensure that Cosmic Regency Directives are carried out with fiery dispatch.
